This book presents the research results of representatives of indigenous communities from the “Selva de Matavén” in Vichada and the Middle Caquetá in the Amazon, with the purpose of developing financing mechanisms for forest? conservation in collective territories taking into account the local perspective and the cultural contexts of these territories.

This publication was developed within the framework of the project “Economy and environmental services in indigenous and afro-descendants communities from a local perspective”, implemented since 2009 by Tropenbos International Colombia together with Fondo Patrimonio Natural.
